Prior to making an inquiry, we first recommend the use of our fully anonymized assessment tool to see if our services are a good fit for your needs.

No tool responses are saved, or seen by us, and none of your personally identifiable information is tracked in any way.

For your own privacy and enhanced data security, we recommend the use of an anonymized email provider for first contact, or prior to becoming a client.

We recommend the use of ProtonMail or Tutanota for sending encrypted, metadata-free communication.

Response Time

Expect a reply within 5 working days, unless triage deems your message critical.

Please note that as a rule, we do not respond to press inquiries, recruitment requests, or requests for information about our clients or projects

Once secure communication begins, your data is stored only in volatile memory during review, never written to permanent disk and automatically purged if communication ends with no engagement.

This is because we’re not just discreet. We’re disposable - by design.
